JOB DESCRIPTION

Breakfast Club of Canada is looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Business Central Specialist. Reporting to the IT Director, the selected candidate will contribute to a variety of projects involving deployment, customization, support and user training. The candidate must therefore possess extensive experience in implementing, managing and optimizing these ERP and CRM solutions, and in developing and automating processes using Microsoft Power Platform.

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyze business needs and translate them into effective solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Business Central.
  • Set up, configure and customize ERP/CRM modules to suit user requirements.
  • Develop and automate business processes using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
  • Ensure the successful migration and integration of data into other information systems.
  • Take part in the testing, validation and production phases.
  • Train and assist users with regard to implemented solutions.
  • Provide technical and functional support to in-house teams and external clients.
  • Draft technical and functional design documentation.
  • Monitor technological developments in the industry and use this information to suggest improvements to in-house systems on an ongoing basis.

 

SPECIFIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Undergraduate degree or college diploma in information technology.
  • Considerable experience specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Business Central.
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) and its use in process development and automation.
  • Fluency in written and spoken French and English (English is required for meetings several times a month with colleagues and partners across Canada).
