March Is Nutrition Month

Nutrition: At the Heart of Our Breakfast Programs

Backed by a Nutrition Committee made up of registered dietitians and other committed professionals, the Club develops tools, guidelines and recommendations that programs can use to offer balanced and nutritious breakfasts to students. Promoting combinations from the three categories in Canada’s Food Guide — fruits and vegetables, whole grains and protein-rich foods — is a priority.

Four Tips for a Successful Breakfast

Beyond the physical benefits of a nutritious breakfast, this key moment of the day allows children to make social connections while exploring a variety of textures and flavours. At the Club, we’re convinced that a balanced, complete breakfast sets the tone for a fantastic day — not just for kids, but for grown-ups too!

That’s why we’re serving up four useful tips for a successful breakfast.

Bring Breakfast to the Forefront

At the Club, we believe that feeding children means feeding the future. Together, we can create a movement that goes far beyond breakfast.

By joining this movement, you help ensure that children have access to nutritious food at school, fostering healthy eating habits that will last a lifetime.

This month, every donation will help us go even further! From March 1st to 31st, JAN-PRO will double your contribution, multiplying the impact of your generosity!
